kk-staff-photoI am a Lecturer in Teacher Education at the University Centre at Blackburn College (UCBC). Having over 20 years’ professional knowledge in Further and Higher Education, with a background in Biology, Computing and IT, and more recently, professional teaching qualifications, I was formerly a Course Manager and Senior Lecturer at Wigan & Leigh College. Research interests include action research and use of electronic tools to enhance pedagogy and practice. I have been an editor for the University of Central Lancashire’s journal ‘Through the Looking Glass’ for 6 years and I sit on the Editorial Board for PRISM. I have a Master’s Degree in Education, QTLS status and I am a Fellow of both the ETF and HEA.
